Refund and Returns Policy
If the items you ordered are damaged when you receive them, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange you a replacement, in certain circumstances I will ask you to send the damaged item back to me, but in most cases, a photo clearly showing the damages to your item will be fine! If I do ever need the damaged item returned to me, once I have received it, the postage you paid will be refunded and your item will be fixed (if possible) or replaced and sent back to you.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned or refunded!
For international customers, please allow up to 28 days for your items to arrive before getting in touch as I do not have no control of the postage times once I have posted your orders. We do also offer a Tracked and Signed option at the checkout for both the UK and international, if you would rather have your items tracked along the way!
